ScheduleHouse operates the website.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our website.    We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.  By using our website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection and Use

When you create an account on our Scheduling client site or mobile app, we may ask for Personal Information such as your name, email, mailing address. You can later edit information in your account through using the My Profile tab in the website or app.

Any personal information collected by ScheduleHouse is not shared by ScheduleHouse with any third party other than for online payment processing.

If you make an online purchase using our scheduling client website or mobile app, then we will require name, address, phone number,  and email. If paying by Credit Card, the credit card number asked for is not stored by ScheduleHouse, but instead is only used by the Secure Payment Gateway. We never store any credit card numbers.

Data Retention

ScheduleHouse will only retain client data for as long as needed. This means, we will retain client data for as long as the client has a current and active account with ScheduleHouse.  As outlined in our standard contract terms, once a client’s term has expired or has been terminated, then ScheduleHouse will no longer retain the client data.  Client has the right and ability to Delete their account at any time.  Client can also request the business owner to remove or correct any data.

Log Data

We may collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our website (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
